Avantus closes over $500 million in construction financing for Aratina 1.

Aratina 2 PPA Announced

Avantus signs 15-year Power Purchase Agreements with Southern California Edison for Aratina 2.

Tax Equity Investment

$300 million tax equity investment secured for Aratina 1.
